Getting Help


Registering!

1. From the home page Click the "Log In / Register" Button on the top right menu bar.

2. Enter a valid Email Address that will also be used as your login User Name for the Website, also enter your First Name and Surname in the correct fields then click on the “Create Account” button.

3. On the next page enter your address details and a Secure Password (using alphanumeric characters only e.g. abc123)

4. Once all details are entered click on the "Complete Registration" button.

5. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with the log on details you have entered (Keep this safe in case you forget your details). You will also now have been logged in to the site so click Continue to start browsing our product listings.

 

Log In!

1. From the home page click the "Login / Register" button on the top menu bar.

2. Enter the Username and Password that you created on registration in the necessary fields and click log in. If you have forgot these details you can click the “Reset Password” link to have your password emailed to the registered email address.

3. You should now be logged in and can start using our website.

 

Ordering for the first time!

1. To add items to your basket simply enter the quantity you would like, and click the "Add To Basket" button which can be found on every product listing.

2. Click "View Basket" to check the quantities are correct and that you have everything you require in your basket. To amend your basket, enter the correct number in the Quantity box and click "Update Basket", or to remove an item from your basket click the Dustbin next to the item you want removing.

3. If you are happy with your basket and your order, select the delivery method from the dropdown option box and then click on the checkout button.

4. This next page is the payment stage; enter your card details into the fields. But don’t worry as this all goes through our Secure Server where the information is encrypted. The details entered here will be remembered for your next order to save you entering them again and again. Now check that the cards Registered Address is correct then click “Continue”. Please note that we can only ship to the Cards Registered address on your first order.

5. You will now be presented with a summary of your order where you can once again check the delivery address and what is on your order. Providing everything is ok and your happy with your order, tick the box to agree the T's & C's, then click "Confirm Order".

6. Now we have your order, make a note of the Confirmation Number for any questions you may have about your order.

 

Checking your order Status

You can check your order quite simply by clicking on the "My Account" button when logged in. This shows all your past orders and shows what stage your most recent order is at and whether it is being picked, waiting approval or despatched.

 

Contacting Us

Click on the “Contact Us” button on the top menu and fill in the online form, we endeavour to reply to most enquiries within 1-2 working days maximum. (Usually within a few minutes).

 

Amending Account Details

Should you wish to change your registered email address you have with us. Login and click on the “My Account” button from the top menu bar and then click on “My Details” from the left menu, from here you can change the registered username and email address.
